Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our products/services, and converting inquiries into sales or appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or website inquiries.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with call details and outcomes.
Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales or design team.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle customer questions, objections, and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to refine pitch and improve conversions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (1–3 years preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Fluent in Hindi and English
Experience in interior design / real estate] is a plus
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of calls made per day
Conversion rate (calls to appointments/sales)
Follow-up effectiveness
Customer satisfaction and professionalism
Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹10000-20000 per month
Incentives: Based on lead conversion or appointment closures varies b/w 500-1000 per appointment over and above the defined target
Bonuses: Performance-based quarterly/yearly bonuses
