Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain project details, features, and benefits to clients over the phone.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers through effective communication.
Convince and convert leads into site visits and sales opportunities.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Maintain a proper database of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure maximum conversions.
Key Requirements
Female candidate with excellent communication and convincing skills.
Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing (real estate preferred).
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling or similar roles.
