We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our education counselling team. The role involves reaching out to college students and working professionals to understand their career interests in courses such as LAW, MBA, and BBA (full-time or part-time), and to generate qualified leads for our counselling and admission assistance programs.
Call and engage with potential students from the given database.
Identify students’ interests and collect accurate data for counselling team follow-ups.
Maintain daily call logs, enquiry records, and lead reports
Coordinate with counsellors for scheduling calls or demo sessions.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Comfortable in speaking with students and parents over calls.
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or education counselling preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong communication and learning attitude are welcome.
