Job Description:

We are seeking a female telecaller with strong communication and customer service skills to join our team in Alpha 1, Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from potential and existing customers.

• Explain company products/services and their benefits clearly to customers.

• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close potential sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the database.

• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

• Handle customer concerns politely and efficiently.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to enhance conversion rates.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female (mandatory)

• Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales.

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduate.

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident, polite, and persuasive on calls.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, and CRM software preferred).

• Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
