We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to manage the onboarding process of new Delivery Partners for our logistics company.
Your role is to call interested candidates, explain the joining process, assist with document submission, and ensure smooth activation of their rider accounts.
Make outbound calls to potential delivery partners.
Explain registration, onboarding steps, and benefits clearly.
Guide riders about app download, document upload, and training requirements.
Follow up with leads until successful onboarding.
Maintain call records and daily reports.
Provide support for basic queries related to joining.
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional languages a plus).
Basic knowledge of smartphone apps.
Ability to explain processes clearly and politely.
Experience in telecalling / customer support preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
