We are looking for a Calling Person / Customer Feedback Executive for Satnam Garment. The key role of this position is to communicate with customers, take feedback on shirt sales and samples, and manage customer reviews through calls and WhatsApp.
Call existing customers to take feedback on shirt quality, fitting, fabric, and pricing
Collect feedback on shirt samples shared with customers
Follow up with customers after sales to understand satisfaction level
Share product samples, images, and updates through WhatsApp
Collect and record customer reviews and suggestions
Coordinate feedback with the sales and production team
Maintain proper records of customer responses and feedback
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Good communication skills (Hindi / English)
Polite and professional calling manner
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and mobile handling
Ability to understand customer requirements
Basic record-keeping skills
Experience in customer calling, feedback, or sales support preferred
