Job Title: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales / Marketing / Customer Support

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Marketing Head
Job Purpose:
To make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, promote products, and provide customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling
· Make cold calls to generate new business leads.
· Contact potential customers and introduce the company's corrugated packaging products.
· Explain product features, pricing, and company services over the phone.
2. Lead Follow-up
· Follow up with prospects who have shown interest through email, calls, or website inquiry.
· Maintain timely follow-up schedule to convert inquiries into orders.
· Set appointments for field sales team or management, if needed.
3. Customer Support
· Address basic queries related to products, delivery timelines, or complaints.
· Forward complex issues to relevant departments and ensure resolution follow-up.
4. Database Management
· Update and maintain customer database (CRM/Excel) regularly.
· Record call outcomes and client responses for tracking.
5. Reporting
· Submit daily/weekly call reports to the reporting manager.
· Report on the status of lead generation and conversion.
Key Skills Required:
· Good communication skills (Hindi, English, and local language if needed)
· Confident and polite telephone manner.
· Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, Word, and CRM (if any).
· Listening skills and ability to handle objections smartly.
· Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Educational Qualification:
· Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
· Basic computer course preferred.
Growth Path:
Telesales Executive → Senior Telesales → Sales Coordinator → Inside Sales Executive → Sales Manager (with experience and performance)
