About the Role
As a Telecalling Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your
purpose is to build trust, provide accurate information, and support both sales and service
inquiries. By engaging with customers over the phone, you will help drive business
growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain product details, offers, and services clearly and persuasively.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Update and maintain accurate records in CRM/software.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach in all interactions.
Requirements
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to engage customers with clarity and confidence.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Candidates with a Civil Engineering background will be preferred.
