Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Follow-ups

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote laboratory equipment and solutions.

• Follow up on inquiries received through email, website, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

• Identify potential customers in research, healthcare, and industrial sectors.

2. Customer Communication

• Explain product features, applications, and pricing (training will be provided).

• Maintain professional communication and build rapport with customers.

• Handle customer questions and direct technical queries to the appropriate team.

3. Sales Support

• Schedule appointments and demos for the field sales team.

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic product information.

• Coordinate with internal departments for order status, delivery, and service requests.

4. Database & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and follow-up information.

• Update CRM software with customer interactions and progress.

5. Reporting

• Submit daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.

• Highlight potential business opportunities and customer feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate

• Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling/inside sales; experience in industrial or laboratory equipment sales is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and telephone etiquette

  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills

  • Basic understanding of scientific/lab equipment (training provided)

  • Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain CRM records

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
