• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.

• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.

• Work closely with the sales team to coordinate campaigns and strategies.

• Handle objections professionally and close sales efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools.

• High school diploma; a degree in sales, marketing, or business is a plus.
