Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage our Ayurveda BPO sales team. The ideal candidate must be strong in team supervision, sales performance improvement, accountability, and quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales telecalling team.
  
  

• Take full accountability for daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  
  

• Monitor call quality and conduct regular quality checks.
  
  

• Improve team performance through coaching, training, and feedback.
  
  

• Track sales numbers, conversion rates, and productivity.
  
  

• Maintain discipline, reporting, and smooth team operations.
  
  

• Resolve escalations and support customers professionally.
  
  

• Ensure the team follows Ayurveda product/process guidelines.
  
  

• Coordinate with management for strategy and sales planning.
  
  

  Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in Sales (BPO/Telecalling preferred).
  
  

• Proven experience in team handling and meeting sales targets.
  
  

• Strong communication, leadership, and accountability skills.
  
  

• Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
  
  

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
