Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell
Ayurvedic medicines related to digestive health, diabetes care, men’s wellness, joint pain
relief, weight management, and hair care. The role involves building strong relationships with
doctors, retailers, distributors, and wellness centers to achieve sales targets and expand market
presence.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
● Promote Ayurveda products to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and
wellness centers
● Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets
● Generate new leads and develop new markets within the assigned territory
● Ensure proper product availability and visibility at retail outlets
Product Promotion
● Educate doctors and customers about product benefits, ingredients, and usage
● Conduct product presentations, demos, and sampling activities
● Promote key product segments:
○ Digestion & gut health
○ Diabetes care
○ Men’s wellness
○ Joint pain & arthritis
○ Weight loss & metabolism
○ Hair care & scalp health
Relationship Management
● Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners
● Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints effectively
● Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable)
Market Intelligence & Reporting
● Monitor competitor activities and market trends
● Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and market feedback
● Suggest strategies to improve sales and product reach
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
● Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., B.Pharm, BAMS, B.Com, or similar preferred)
Experience
● 1–10 years of experience in Ayurvedic sales
● Experience in herbal or healthcare products is an added advantage
Skills
● Good communication and convincing skills
● Strong knowledge or interest in Ayurvedic and herbal medicines
● Ability to work independently and meet targets
● Basic computer skills (MS Excel, reporting apps)
