We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Lilaba Analytical Laboratories LLP. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10000 - ₹18000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).

• Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, including needs assessment, product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently call and exceed sales targets and quotas.

• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

• Reporting and Analytics: Track sales performance, prepare accurate sales reports, and analyze data to optimize sales strategies.
  

Required Skills:

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in tele sales or similar, preferably in the [industry/domain] sector.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
