We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Telecaller to contact wholesalers by phone, promote our products/services, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to wholesalers to introduce and promote products/services
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
Generate leads and convert calls into sales orders
Maintain and update customer details and call records
Follow up with interested wholesalers to close deals
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets
Coordinate with the sales and operations team as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or in sales (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
