Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Internal Business Executive to support internal sales operations, coordination with clients, and business process management. The role involves handling day-to-day Sales Operation activities, preparing proposals and documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of business operations. the position offers a salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, invoices, and other commercial documents

• Handle client communication for follow-ups, order confirmations, and service coordination

• Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, renewals, and customer data in internal systems

• Support business development activities through data analysis and reporting

• Track payment follow-ups and assist the accounts team with billing-related coordination

• Monitor service delivery timelines and ensure customer satisfaction

• Perform other internal business support tasks as assigned by management

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel & Word)

• Basic understanding of sales processes, billing, and customer handling

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
