Handle and respond promptly to all customer queries and leads received through IndiaMART.
Provide complete product and service information to customers.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Support in building and maintaining the company’s online presence and brand reputation.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (B.A., B.Com., BBA, or equivalent).
Prior experience in handling IndiaMART Portal leads will be preferred.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email, etc.).
Confident, responsible, and target-oriented personality.
