Sales: Conduct outbound calls to leads, pitch services, and close sales to meet targets.
Support: Handle inbound inquiries via phone/email and resolve customer issues promptly.
Follow-up: Manage the sales pipeline and perform regular check-ins with existing clients.
CRM: Maintain clean, accurate records of all interactions and sales data.
