Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the sales team in selling Attendance machines, CCTV cameras, and other security related products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a proactive approach to customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Assist the sales team in identifying potential customers and generating leads for attendance machines, CCTV cameras, and other products.
· Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking activities to expand the customer base.
· Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
· Follow up with prospective customers to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
· Assist in preparing sales contracts and agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions,
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree
· Proven experience in a sales, preferably in the technology or security industry.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
· Knowledge of attendance machines, CCTV cameras, and related products is a plus.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
