Own and achieve overall sales targets for all 3 branches.
Ensure each branch meets or exceeds its individual sales goals.
Strategize and implement effective sales plans to drive business growth.
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and take corrective actions where needed.
Take daily/weekly reports from Branch Managers and Team Leaders to track progress.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to branch sales teams.
Ensure high levels of team productivity, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion.
Coordinate with marketing and support teams for branch-level execution.
Conduct regular branch visits and performance audits.
Report timely updates and MIS to top management.
