Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound international calls to potential customers (B2B / B2C) for solar solutions.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Explain solar products, benefits, cost savings, and ROI clearly over phone/video calls.
Maintain CRM records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and calling targets.
Coordinate with the technical & installation team for smooth project execution.
Stay updated on solar industry trends, global policies, and incentives.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years experience in International Sales / Telecalling / BPO outbound process.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Comfortable with US/UK/Australia/Europe time zones (night shifts if required).
Knowledge of renewable energy/solar industry preferred but not mandatory.
Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
