Key Responsibilities :
• Make 125+ outbound calls daily to potential customers.
• Achieve 50+ connected calls and maintain 3+ hours of daily talk time.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up via phone, email, and chat.
• Explain Even’s healthcare membership plans clearly and persuasively.
• Convert leadsto paying customers and meet/exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and status updatesin the CRM.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. • Collaborate with team members and attend regular training sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 0-2 years of experience in inside sales or online sales (healthcare/insurance experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Fluent in English (regional language proficiency is a plus).
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and fast-paced work culture.
• Proficient in CRM tools and online communication platforms.
