We are hiring remote Sales Executives to support business development for our recruitment and staffing services. This is a target-based sales role, focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Remote outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and digital platforms.

• Promote recruitment and staffing solutions.

• Generate qualified leads and meet monthly sales targets.

• Convert prospects into active clients.

• Maintain CRM/client data and follow-up schedules.

• Coordinate internally for client requirements and closures.

• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers welcome.

• Strong English communication skills (spoken + written).

• Comfortable in a target-driven sales/business development role.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

• Basic computer proficiency.
