Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new leads to expand business opportunities.

• Maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.

• Promote and present Uma Scientific products effectively to customers.

• Verify customer requirements, prepare quotations, and follow up for closures.

• Manage digital and physical sales records for accuracy and accessibility.

• Assist in administrative functions related to sales for smooth departmental efficiency.

• Generate and present sales reports to management for better decision-making.

• Handle all customer data and sales records with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Science/Commerce preferred).

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp & Email communication.
