We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller Sales Executive who can effectively manage and convert leads generated through various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, pitching relevant products, generating sales inquiries, maintaining lead records and ensuring successful lead qualification and conversion. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to all incoming leads promptly and professionally.
Make outbound calls to potential customers listed on database.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about company products (medical equipments and hospital furniture) clearly.
Convert inquiries into qualified sales leads.
Maintain and update lead records in internal systems.
Follow up with prospective clients to increase lead conversion rates.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule demos, share quotes, or close deals.
Coordinate with the dispatch team to monitor smooth order processing.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Provide feedback based on customer interactions to improve product/service offerings.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
