F & R Solution is seeking a dedicated Health Insurance Renewal Process Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the renewal of existing health insurance policies, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for our clients.
The primary responsibilities for this role revolve around policy retention and client support:
Policy Review & Analysis: Review and analyze existing health insurance policies to prepare them for renewal.
Client Communication: Proactively contact clients to discuss their renewal options, clearly explain any changes in coverage, and answer policy-related questions.
Documentation & Assistance: Assist clients in completing all necessary paperwork and documentation required for timely policy renewals.
Underwriter Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters to assess any associated risks and ensure the renewal process complies with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions and renewal process steps in the system.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire renewal lifecycle.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under deadlines.
Experience (Plus): Previous experience in the health insurance sector or a dedicated customer service role is highly advantageous.
