We are hiring dynamic and motivated Sales Executives for an outbound calling role in the financial products segment. The role includes contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, and promoting personal loan and related financial products. Candidates with strong communication skills, sales aptitude, and fluency in multiple languages are preferred.
Make outbound calls to customers for personal loans and other financial products
Explain product features clearly and professionally
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate customer information and sales updates in the CRM
Follow up with warm leads to ensure conversions
Maintain a positive, persuasive approach and deliver excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (verbal & written)
Persuasion and negotiation skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused
Basic computer knowledge

0–2 years of experience in Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, Banking, Finance, or Mutual Funds
Customer Support experience in financial domains is acceptable
Telesales/outbound calling experience is an added advantage
Candidates must have Hindi + English + one regional language.

Gujarati / Bengali: Hindi + Regional Language + English (average proficiency)
Kannada: English + Regional Language + Hindi (average proficiency)
