Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loans and other financial products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM system.

• Explain product features and benefits clearly and professionally.

• Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions.

• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and persuasive attitude.

• Communicate effectively with customers in Hindi, English, and a regional language (Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, or Telugu) as required.

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
