We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Present and promote products/services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
