We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 6 months to 5 years of experience in telesales or product sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs to offer effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.

• Identify, qualify, and convert new sales opportunities through proactive calling and follow-ups.

• Build strong rapport with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored recommendations.

• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, lead status, and customer interactions in the CRM.

• Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and industry trends to ensure effective pitching.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including support and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 5 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.

• Ability to handle objections confidently and close deals.

• Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office, email communication).

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
