Role Objective
To support the sales team in achieving business targets by managing customer communication, order processing, and coordination between production, logistics, and clients. The Sales Coordinator ensures smooth execution of sales operations and timely delivery of products/services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order fulfillment.
Maintain sales records, prepare MIS reports, and track order status.
Assist sales managers in scheduling client meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and client SLAs.
Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, client visits, and promotional campaigns.
Manage CRM entries, update client databases, and monitor outstanding payments.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Gujarati preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of industrial products and manufacturing processes (preferred).
Team player with problem-solving attitude.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in manufacturing/engineering industries.
Exposure to client handling, order processing, and MIS reporting.
