Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our courier company. The role includes telesales, lead follow-ups, and occasional field visits to meet B2B and B2C clients. Candidates with prior experience in the courier/logistics industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle exist customers
Make outbound calls to potential customers for courier service promotion.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Handle B2B & B2C client communication professionally.
Conduct occasional field visits for client meetings and deal closures.
Maintain a sales pipeline and update daily reports.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Understand company services, pricing, and processes to pitch accurately.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months–2 years experience in sales (courier industry experience preferred).
Good communication & convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM entry).
Ability to perform both telesales and field visits when required.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
