Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team through effective coordination, documentation, client communication, and follow-up activities. The role focuses on internal sales support and smooth coordination between customers, sales team, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team for inquiries, quotations, and order processing

• Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents

• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, approvals, and pending orders

• Maintain and update sales records, customer data, and order status

• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution

• Assist in payment follow-ups and commercial coordination

• Respond to customer emails and calls for order and dispatch-related updates

• Ensure timely communication and smooth flow of sales operations

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities

• Basic understanding of sales operations and documentation

• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
