Make 40 outbound calls daily to doctors across the assigned state.
Ensure a minimum of 8–9 productive calls per day focused on collecting orders ,follow-ups, or confirmed interests.
Coordinate effectively with the field sales team to track daily activities and assist with client follow-ups.
Maintain and update accurate records of orders, doctor interactions, and sales leads in Excel or CRM platforms.
Call and follow up with doctors regularly to take orders, resolve queries, and build professional rapport.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call productivity, order volume, and field coordination.
Handle sales pressure and meet team targets while keeping communication professional and proactive.
