Coordinate daily sales activities and support the sales team
Manage and follow up on incoming leads (calls, emails, CRM)
Schedule and coordinate property site visits and client meetings
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, agreements, and booking forms
Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales trackers
Liaise with clients, brokers, legal, finance, and operations teams
Track sales progress, collections, and documentation status
Assist in closing deals by ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups
