We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing existing portfolios, and providing expert advice on forex trading and investment opportunities. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills, along with a deep understanding of the forex market.
Client Acquisition & Onboarding:
Identify and acquire potential clients interested in forex trading and investment.
Assist clients with account opening, KYC documentation, and trading platform setup.
Relationship Management:
Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to enhance trust and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, trade assistance, and portfolio management.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets related to client acquisition, revenue, and trading volume.
Cross-sell and upsell forex products, trading services, and investment plans.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales, operations, and support teams for seamless client servicing.
Share feedback with the management to improve service delivery and product offerings.
