We’re looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telemarketing – Presales Executives to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to engage potential customers effectively over calls.
Make 250–350 outbound calls per day (as per business requirements)
Follow calling scripts to explain product features, pricing, and benefits
Identify potential customers and generate quality leads for the sales team
Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system regularly
Achieve daily & monthly lead targets:
• First Month: 5 allocations/day (new joiners)
• Post Training: 10 allocations/day (subject to business needs)
Be flexible with shift timings, extensions, and weekend work
Demonstrate sound knowledge of Bangalore routes and locations
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction
Education: Any Graduate / Non-Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months in any voice process (Telecalling / Telesales / Presales)
Languages: Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Hindi) – mandatory
