Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team for the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and online research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.

• Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone).

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus.

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Strong research and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
