We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team Fincrif India pvt ltd.The role involves drives revenue by acquiring clients for financial products (home, personal, business loans) through prospecting, relationship building, and achieving targets, while ensuring compliance and guiding customers through application, documentation, and disbursement, requiring strong negotiation, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Needs Analysis: Identify and prospect new clients, understand their financial requirements, and assess their suitability for specific loan products (personal, home, business).
Product Presentation & Solutioning: Explain loan features, terms, and benefits, recommending tailored solutions that match client needs and financial capacity.
Sales & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies, consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, and manage a sales pipeline.
Application & Processing Support: Assist clients with documentation, guide them through the application process, and liaise with internal teams (underwriters, processing) for smooth loan approval.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about new loan products, market trends, and competitor activities.
Candidates must be open to Monday to Saturday during the Day shift.
