Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Calling Agent to engage with potential customers and promote our products/services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating conversations, building customer relationships, and achieving sales or engagement targets through outbound calls. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.Follow-up & Conversion:Follow up on warm leads and close sales opportunities effectively.Re-engage past customers to promote new offerings.Script Adherence:Use provided scripts to handle customer interactions while personalizing conversations as needed.Target Achievement:Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and sales quotas.Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).Customer Engagement:Build rapport with customers to foster trust and interest.Address customer queries professionally and accurately.Data Recording:Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Update contact information and call outcomes.Feedback & Reporting:Gather feedback from customers to improve products or services.Report daily performance metrics to the supervisor.
