Role Overview:
We seek an Inside Sales Executive who can meet with prospective customers, learn their business and technical needs, and develop well-factored technical and commercial offers that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis: Meet with prospective clients to discuss their technical requirements and business goals.
Solution Design: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (project managers, developers, designers) to identify appropriate technology solutions.
Proposal Development: Develop and submit in-depth technical and commercial proposals covering scope, timeline, and cost.
Technical Consultation: Offer expertise on optimal technologies, frameworks, and development approaches.
Client Communication: Engage in discussions, presentations, and product demos to communicate solution value.
Collaboration: Cooperate with sales, marketing, and development teams to facilitate the pre-development process.
Industry Awareness: Remain current on new technologies, market trends, and best practices in mobile and software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, business analysis, or IT consulting (ideally in a software development firm).
Deep knowledge of custom software solutions, web development, and mobile app development.
Skill to map technical complexities to clear and organised proposals.
Experience in creating in-depth project estimates, scope documents, and presentations.
Good business analysis, requirement gathering, and project scoping knowledge.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
