We are looking for experienced Telesales Executives who can drive customer acquisition and retention through effective communication and persuasive selling. The ideal candidate will be energetic, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers products and services.
Identify customer needs, offer suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Minimum 6 MONTHS TO 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or Warrenty sales.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong Communication and closing skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer literacy.
High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
