We are looking for a Insurance Sales to join our team at Bajaj. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹ 17,000 - ₹ 22,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.
• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.
• Verify data accuracy, correct errors and identify irregularities promptly.
• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.
• Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Tele-Calling & Lead Generation:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or through self-generated methods.

Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits and features of our insurance products.

Generate quality leads by identifying customer needs and interest.

Sales Conversion:

Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into successful sales

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Field Support & Customer Relations (Occasional):

Conduct field visits as needed for meetings, documentation, or sales support (travel expenses may be covered/reimbursed per company policy).

Assist in maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Reporting & Administration:

Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead status, and calling metrics.

Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
