We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and closing sales over the phone to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Understand customer requirements and needs to recommend suitable solutions and close sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve objections professionally, and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine effective sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, handle rejection, and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
