We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Tele caller to join our team at NIHT.
As the voice of our institution, you will connect with prospective students over the phone, provide them with accurate course information, and guide them through the admission process.
This role is purely telephonic .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Calling & Follow-ups: Contact potential students from various lead sources and engage them effectively.
Information & Guidance: Explain program features, eligibility, and career benefits clearly over calls.
Lead Conversion: Motivate students to take the next step and complete enrollment.
Data Management: Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
Daily Reporting: Share daily updates on call performance and targets achieved.
Coordination: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth communication and follow-up.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Minimum 6months in Tele calling / Inside Sales / Counselling, preferably in the education industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali ( Manadatory)
Personality: Confident, presentable ,persuasive, and customer-oriented.
