SetMyCareer seeks a dynamic Inside Sales Associate to drive D2C revenue growth for our career counseling platform targeting Indian students (8th-12th) and professionals. You'll qualify leads, nurture prospects via calls/emails, and close counseling packages remotely, supporting our revenue goals.
Execute 80+ daily outbound calls/emails to warm leads from digital marketing, converting 15-20% to paid sessions.
Qualify prospects on career confusion, budget readiness, and aptitude fit using scripted psychographic questions.
Conduct 30-min virtual demosif required
Update CRM (Zoho) with lead status by stage and update call notes.
Meet weekly targets: Rs.50k to 75k to get incentives
2-5 years sales experience (EdTech/B2C services preferred).
Strong Hindi and English communication required.
Proficiency in CRM use is a must.
Target-driven mindset; understands teen-age student's and industry executive's pain points.
