Job Objective:
The primary objective of the Lead Generator is to convert incoming enquiries into
confirmed sales, identify potential markets, and proactively generate new business
opportunities through research, cold calling, and relationship building. This role plays
a key part in driving the company’s growth by building a strong and consistent sales
pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Conversion: Follow up on inbound enquiries from various channels (website, ads,
exhibitions, referrals, etc.) and convert them into qualified leads or confirmed sales.
• Market Research: Identify potential customers, industries, and regions for business
expansion.
• Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to
connect with new prospects and schedule meetings or demos.
• Database Management: Maintain and update CRM or lead database with accurate
customer details and activity logs.
• Lead Qualification: Understand customer needs, budget, and decision-making process to
qualify leads effectively.
• Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth
handover of qualified leads.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture leads until
conversion.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, conversions, and
potential opportunities.
