Handle inbound and outbound calls to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively present company products/services.
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups.
Maintain a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, and CRM updates.
Manage and update customer database using CRM software.
Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
6–3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
