• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM (training provided if necessary)

• Respond to student inquiries with efficiency and clarity, independently managing cases when required

• Collaborate effectively with the team in a supportive, goal-oriented environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years in immigration and visa consultancy.

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

• Communication: Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and counselling skills.

• Technical: Proficient in document assessment, visa filling, and CRM management (preferred).

• Attributes: Quick learner, team-oriented, capable of handling pressure, and achieving performance targets.

• Candidates should have a pleasing personality and should be confident enough to handle work pressure, generate leads for the company.
