Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and clients on visa applications for Australia, Canada, the UK, USA, Europe and New Zealand.
Assess documents, provide guidance on visa filling, and assist in writing statements of purpose
Stay current with visa regulations and updates for the relevant countries
Meet monthly KPIs assigned by the company
Maintain accurate records in the company CRM (training provided if necessary)
Respond to student inquiries with efficiency and clarity, independently managing cases when required
Collaborate effectively with the team in a supportive, goal-oriented environment
Experience: 1-2 years in immigration and visa consultancy.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
Communication: Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
Technical: Proficient in document assessment, visa filling, and CRM management (preferred).
Attributes: Quick learner, team-oriented, capable of handling pressure, and achieving performance targets.
Candidates should have a pleasing personality and should be confident enough to handle work pressure, generate leads for the company.
