Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Calling & Follow-Up:
   Engage with prospective learners to communicate the organization’s mission of enabling career growth and professional advancement.

2. Sales Lifecycle Management:
   Manage the complete sales closing lifecycle for assigned leads, including:

   • Interest Creation: Generate awareness and interest in training programs.

   • Product Demonstration: Clearly explain program features, benefits, and career outcomes.

   • Sales Closure: Convert qualified leads into enrollments.

   • Post-Sales Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with enrolled learners.

3. Continuous Communication:
   Maintain regular engagement with leads and customers through calls, emails, chats, and social media channels during both pre-sales and post-sales stages.

4. Record Maintenance:
   Accurately document all interactions, follow-ups, and customer details in the CRM system.

Mandatory Skills:
