Be Medic Academy is seeking a motivated and dynamic Education Counselor to guide aspiring medical students in choosing the right career path through our specialized courses. You will be responsible for providing accurate information about our academic programs, counseling students on course selection, and converting leads into enrollments.
Counsel prospective students and parents via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
Understand the student’s background, interests, and goals to suggest suitable academic programs.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Explain the benefits, curriculum, and structure of Be Medic Academy's courses.
Maintain and update the CRM with student interactions and progress.
Handle objections, provide clarifications, and resolve queries professionally.
Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Participate in webinars, seminars, and promotional events as needed.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Healthcare, or Business).
1-3 years of experience in counseling or EdTech sales (freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to understand student psychology and build rapport quickly.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
